 Late Kindergarten Registration
Phillips Elementary School, in Bear Creek, will hold late kindergarten registration on May 7, from 8 a.m. until 3: 30 p.m. Please bring your child’s Blue Immunization Slip, birth certificate, Social Security card, and proof of residency to registration. Please bring your child with you if possible for screening.
